Herts Wheelers final time trial ends with win for Wignall
On Sunday Hertfordshire Wheelers ran their final road time trial of the year, the annual season-closing 81” restricted gear event. With damp, unpleasant conditions four riders took part on the Cole Green 10-mile course, times were affected by the weather and the restricted gearing but Gareth Wignall took first place in 23:19, followed home by Sam Ball (28:30) and Graham Knight (30:43).
