This appears when you click speedometer icon mentioned here. Its left-hand column contains links to various resources. Exactly what you see depends on the permissions you have. It may include:

• Posts
  In the WordPress world these would be blog posts complete with comments etc. We use them for news items. Clicking Posts enables you to view existing posts and create new ones. You will be restricted to viewing or creating posts in certain categories.
• Media
  On our site these are nearly always images or PDF documents. Clicking on Media takes you to the media library.
• Pages
  These are the main content of the website and are generally fairly stable. Making changes to these should be done with care. Clicking Pages enables you to edit and create pages in categories you have permissions for.
• Rides
  These are club runs. If you have the right permissions you can schedule and edit club runs. Note that the rides list may include club runs that have already happened. Don’t worry about these, they will not be shown in the schedule.
