Please try to remember to set the appropriate category when creating a post, page or ride, or when uploading media. This helps people to find things and to navigate the site.

With minor exceptions a common set of categories is used for posts, pages and media:

• Admin – pages like this one.
• Audax and Sportive – as you would expect.
• Club run points – pages concerning the points competition, including the archive.
• Committee – pages in the members’ area, media such as committee minutes.
• Competition – as you would expect.
• General – news items and media that don’t fit any other category
• Riding – pages, posts and media concerning riding and club runs.
• Social – pages, posts and media concerning club social events.
• Touring – posts and media concerning members’ touring or holiday exploits.

For rides the categories are as you would expect: Cat 1, Cat 2 …
