Terms and Conditions

• All items must be paid for in advance.
• Items are ordered from the manufacturer only once payment has been made. Lead times are dependent on the manufacturer's delivery schedule. Further, ordering from the manufacturer must wait until we can submit at least five orders.
• Because items are ordered and sized for individuals they cannot be returned. The club cannot issue refunds under any circumstances.
• All items must be collected from the clubhouse. Normally this is possible before our monthly committee meetings or, occasionally, on Sunday mornings. See the website and/or weekly emails for dates.
