Club run report - 21st September

Category 2 ride led by Lib Rocco

Popped my cherry and led my very first category 2 club ride. Five riders met at 8:30am in Ware to begin a 70 mile ride to Great Waltham. One had to cut the ride short due to work. The weather was excellent, windy but sunny and warm. At mile 46 we stopped at the Snug Cafe in High Easter for the caffeine hit and some food. Overall we averaged 18.4 mph and the team worked well together. It was a privilege leading these wonderful humans, and hope everyone enjoyed the route. Lib.
